Baseball Training – Batter’s Edge for Balance

Gorecki continues, “By staying in balance when hitting, you will be able to rotate on your hips and swing the bat through the zone level, which is the only way to hit the ball squarely. Baseball hitting balance equates to success, and eliminates chopping or upper cutting.”

Ted Williams, the greatest of all technical batsmen, preached the importance of balance in developing a swing that generates greater bat speed and power through the hitting zone. Through repetition of proper baseball training techniques, players can improve their batting skills dramatically.

Baseball Training – For Players of All Ages

My mom is giving me around a 100$ to get new baseball equipment. The three choices I am deciding between are:
1. White 3Q Verdero Cleats or Nike iD’s
2. Phiten necklace, Phiten sleeve, and a Rawlings bat bag
3. Max Bat

What should I get?
Yea but Oakleys are like 200$
I already have BG’s.
The Phiten Necklace makes you look dirty. If you don’t understand that you aren’t good at baseball or you have no style.
