Return policy advertised, however, not given. What do I do?

About 1 month ago I purchased Baseball Mogul 2007. However, I did not fancy the game, and submitted a refund request. The site clearly offers one here:

http://www.sportsmogul.com/corp/returns.htm

Now, I assumed i would be refunded, however, this was not the case. So I proceeded to email every sort of customer service email listed on the Sports Mogul website before the 30 day refund policy expired. Still, no response of any shape or form. So, now it has been over a month and still I have yet to be refunded or even responded to with an email. What should I do? I know it is only 25 dollars, but, it is beyond the point of that now. I am sort of pissed off at the offered return policy which was not upheld, and the poor customer service I have dealt with, or should i say NOT dealt with.

Kepe trying. File a complaint with the BBB and see if that gets you anywhere.
