Baseball hitting question here..?

Im a freshman baseball player trying to improve my hitting and everything else. I don’t usually have someone to pitch to me or hit me ground balls. I have a tee hit a way and a throwback to play with. Do these training aids help just as much as someone pitching to me? Are there any other good training aids to help my hitting throwing and fielding??
