Baseball Hitting Nets

how do i practice baseball alone?

how do i practice in my backyard . all i have to practice with is a net where i can hit balls in to but i dont have a tee and i cant usually get someone to throw them up to me.i also dont have any walls that i could throw a wall at so how could i practice. i play first base if that helps
