In Youth Baseball, can a runner steal if the pitch does not make contact with the catcher or their glove?
If the machine pitches the ball and the ball say hits the kids face mask and bounces back to the back of the cage..can a kid at first steal second? Also if he makes contact with the ball but it does not touch his glove..can he steal?
