Pitching Machine Question?

Would a ATEC Power Streak Baseball/Softball Combo Pitching Machine be a good buy? Also does anyone know if you could use real baseballs for this machine?
I Play High School Baseball would this be good to use for practice?

The ATEC is a decent machine for the price, but you have to use the ATEC balls. It doesn’t have enough power for regulation balls.

It will throw curves, sliders and rise bal like crazy though! I found another good use for mine was throwing fielding practice, especially for outfielders. We could set up the machine to drop short so outfielders could practice the sliding catch.

Buying the balls can get expensive, they don’t seem to last real long, but still, for the cost versus a jugs machine the ATEC is ok.
